Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, 14 cup coffeemaker, and screened-in porch; these are what I looked forward to, having stayed here twice before. It’s close to Pemaquid Point & Beach, Damariscotta, and Muscongus Bay Lobster. Because it was overcast and rainy most of our time here, the upstairs didn’t get too hot for us; the mornings and evenings were actually fairly cool. Alissa was very responsive to any questions we had, and we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here once before. This property is very nice. Secluded and a screened in porch to boot. Our family had a great time and we would definitely go back again.

Remote quite country cottage. with beautiful surroundings. Well equipped with all essentials provided.. Unfortunately an unexpected Nor'easter left us without power, ending our stay two days earlier than we planned. Alissa and Dan helped us find accommodations in nearby Freeport. The Berryman's could not have been nicer to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our group consisted of my husband and me, and two of our adult sons. The house sits off of the road in a wooded area, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion. It’s close to so many of our favorite ‘necessary’ things to do while in Maine: the Muscongus Bay Lobster Co, Rachel Carson Salt Pond Preserve, Round Top Ice Cream, the beautiful town of Damariscotta (the bookstore is a must), and a little further out - the Montsweag Flea Market. Here are some of the little (& big) things that I appreciated in no particular order: a 14 cup coffee maker, the screened-in porch, a well-worn kitchen table (read ‘no worries of leaving water marks’), super comfortable mattresses, beautiful artwork - ❤️ watercolors, luxurious bath towels (really really wonderful), and a big backyard with a fire pit (disclaimer: it was a little too warm for us to sit around a fire, so we didn’t use it). The Berrymans always responded quickly to the questions we asked prior to arrival; we had no issues while we were there. I’d love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed this property. It felt really remot...
Really enjoyed this property. It felt really remote, was exceptionally clean and I really appreciated the motion detector night lights! I would definitely go back to this property, particularly when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the porch areas.

Very comfortable and lovely home - a great pleasure to stay in. It was close to the ocean - great area just for walking around and exploring. We had everything we needed for a fun, romantic stay. We very much hope to return next summer!
