Modern, sophisticated 2 bedroom apartments located in Calliaqua with private patios, picnic area, laundry facilities and parking. It is worth noting the building has a total of 6 units that are available for rent. In addition, there is another building with two units, one 3 bedroom, and one 2 bedroom. Please inquire for availability.
These apartments are intended for vacationers, consultants and medical students. The apartment complex provides short and long term accommodation to its tenants in an intimate atmosphere. The apartments are designed to provide modern living spaces with private patios that gives an exquisite birds-eye view of the manicured gardens, lush palm trees and exotic tropical plants.

The Total Package
Choosing to stay at Gardenia during the current climate was an easy decision. I’ve stayed at Gardenia my last few times traveling to Saint Vincent, but this time was the most important because I needed to have the peace of mind that I could enjoy my time on the island and come back to a place to unwind. Gardenia is exceptionally clean, extremely safe, very convenient and exceedingly comfortable. Everything you need is included and if anything is missing or out of place just make it known and it’s rectified to your standards. Recardo, the man behind it all, is always available and always making sure you’re stay is meeting and even exceeding his and most importantly your own expectations. Staying at Gardenia makes coming back to the island a breeze!

Paradise in St. Vincent
Fantastic! Excellent!, Exceeded our expectations. This place has re-energised our desire to return to St Vincent as our 'place of choice". The location is excellent. Upon entry, the place smells clean, like a beautiful scented spa. The surroundings are clean. Place is very safe. Service from owner so very helpful, excellent. The town, beaches are nearby. In our travels we have visited several places in the caribbean and in St. Vincent but this is our number ONE choice. A little paradise in St. Vincent.

It was s pleasure Staying at this great guess house. it was comfortable, very quiet and relaxing.while on vacation the management was very helpful they made u feel like you are home away from home .

For a quiet relaxing vaccation I would stay at Gardenia Suites again
Everything about Gardenia Suites was impressive, the security, very clean and spacious suites, laundry service and very friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to Recardo for keeping a fine facility.
I will certainly stay there again.

JUST AWESOME👍🏽👍🏽
This is my 1st time on the island of St.Vincent and we love it here. My family and I stayed at the Gardenia Suites and it was just Awesome! Our flight got in very late on our 1st night and our host Recardo drove us to a local spot to get food for the night. His friendliness made us feel welcomed. The Area feels relaxing and outside is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The security here is top notch. With built in cameras, we felt even more secured. The rooms are well-furnished and had every house supply ready for use. We really felt at home. Washer, dryer, cold AC and Awesome Wi-Fi. Big shout out to Recardo. We will Definitely recommend Gardena Suites to our friends and family.

Fantastic place to stay!
My stay at Gardenia has been nothing short of amazing! The amenities are very modern and up-to-date and I felt quite comfortable from the very first day, which made living here feel like being at home. The building is beautiful, spotless and very secure. The landlord, Ricky, is very accommodating and has security as his top priority! Any question I had, Ricky was very accessible and quick to help. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying for a short vacation or students here for a longer stay!

Our Go-To Home Away From Home
I can't say enough good things about this apartment. The building is clean and beautiful, with top notch security.
I have stayed in two different units and they are so well-done, spacious and include everything you need to feel comfortable. Stable wifi, which is a must for me and balconies at the front and back where. View from the front is lovely, peaceful and calming.
Location is quiet and private, but close to a bus that runs right to the beach or to Kingstown.
Plus, Recardo always leaves us some fruit, drinks and snacks just in case we haven't been to the store yet! We have stayed here 5 or 6 times and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic!
Staying at Gardenia for the very first time, I felt welcomed, secure and extremely comfortable. The apartment is tastefully furnished and I was surprised to meet lil goodies that I can use in the kitchen, crackers, cappuccino, coffee packets and wow! ripe bananas! Wonderful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and The beds made for a sound night rest. A/C was a must, although for that time of the year, it wasn't much needed. Clean, spacious, and accommodating. The apartment is near to nearby shops, beach, restaurants and easy route into Kingstown the capital. I would definitely choose Gardenia again for my visit.

Satisfaction gauranteed!
When my husband and I stepped into the 2 bedroom apartment, we immediately felt at home. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, well maintained and secure. It is relatively close to the beach, stores, and restaurants, without being in the everyday riff raff of things. Recardo is a very hospitable owner/host. He always enquired and made sure that our needs were met. Excellent value for the accommodations! We will absolutely stay there again.
