The property lies quietly on the edge of the small village of Northmoor,close to the Thames Valley with a pretty stream running through and ducks roaming freely. Here you will find a community owned pub offering good local food just a 2-minute walk away. The nearby village of Standlake has a small shop and a pub. Witney is 7 miles away and offers a range of shops,banks and amenities. Ideally situated right on the Oxfordshire Cycle Way and just a mile from riding stables,footpaths and fishing on the Thames (available on the farm for £2 per day),there is an abundance of country pursuits to explore and if you are lucky,a wealth of wildlife ranging from deer and badgers to barn owls and kites. The dining area has a farmhouse table and chairs. There is a downstairs shower room with a WC. Heading up to the first floor you will come to a double bedroom and further along a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath and WC. Outside,you will find an enclosed garden with lawned area and south facing patio with barbeque and furniture. Situated by the village church dating back to the 13th century with fantastic views over open fields,so you can sit back and relax soaking up the sun's warmth while admiring the surrounding countryside.
