The property lies quietly on the edge of the small village of Northmoor,close to the Thames Valley with a pretty stream running through and ducks roaming freely. Here you will find a community owned pub offering good local food just a 2-minute walk away. The nearby village of Standlake has a small shop and a pub. Witney is 7 miles away and offers a range of shops,banks and amenities. Ideally situated right on the Oxfordshire Cycle Way and just a mile from riding stables,footpaths and fishing on the Thames (available on the farm for £2 per day),there is an abundance of country pursuits to explore  and if you are lucky,a wealth of wildlife ranging from deer and badgers to barn owls and kites. Heading through the front porch,you enter the small hallway and from there the lovely cottage loun... If you stay in for dinner,there is a well catered for kitchen/dining room including an electric oven with hob,microwave,washer/dryer,fridge,freezer and a dishwasher,so you don’t even need to do the dishes,along with a country dining table and chairs for four. There is also a shower room with WC on this floor. Heading up to the first floor,you come to a double bedroom,then a further twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath,washbasin and WC. From the French doors in the lounge,you can step outside to the enclosed garden where you will find a lawned area and south facing patio with barbeque and garden furniture,where you can immerse yourself in the picturesque views across the open fields.
