Property did not meet its description and requires maintenance and a refresh! There are no water views and photos are clearly out of date since the home was renovated. Absolutely shocked at the uncleanliness of all areas.

Great location
This is a spacious house in a great location. It is however in need of repair and a thorough clean. We were really disappointed with this aspect of the rental.

A great stay
We had a lovely stay with lots to do within walking distance. Highly recommend the house and location for families.

Great easy living house with plenty of space for 10
" Freshwater Views" Is a great easy living house with plenty of space for 10 adults ( we were 5 couples). Bedrooms are on the ground level and dining upstairs . There is plenty of lounging space for a large group to find their own space .Outdoor shower , beach towels body board & surfboard there for use ( helpful).Curl Curl beach is a 12 min walk down a steep hill. Freshwater beach is walkable in 12-15 mins ... there is fantastic boardwalk form Curl Curl to Freshwater . Great coffee 10 mins walk @ Carlos Coffee 69 Albert St. Pilu restaurant on the beach at Freshwater is wonderful food and service ( best to book ) also Harbord Diggers and Harbord Hotel for food. Warringah Mall for groceries ( 11 min drive ) . The upstairs verandah is great for eating ( umbrella or shade awning would be an improvement).

The Perfect Weekend Away!
A girls weekend away that was perfect! Karen and Aaron were lovely to deal with and the property was amazing, central and in good condition, very easy for us to get to Manly Wharf Hotel and into the city. Would definitely stay again!

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather and would stay for another get together
Definitely a 9.5 rating. Very clean except the oven and perhaps some new stove top cooking pots as the ones there had been burnt. I had taken several curries and accompaniments for the first day as the interstate visitors were arriving at 3 different times. The small necessities in the cupboard, eg condiments, olive oil, vegemite, peanut butter and honey.
Queen size beds would have been good as our children and our older grandchildren all more than six foot two inches. Good thing the 6' 8" was not there!
So much to do close by, pity the weather not good enough for the beach.

Wonderful house! We had a fabulous stay for 5 days. Highly recommended.
The layout of the house works really well. We had a lovely breeze throughout our stay and it was an easy walk to Curl Curl or Freshwater beach.

Good for a wedding preparation
We enjoyed the property to accommodate and then prepare for my daughter's wedding. Good location for access to Manly and Freshwater and large capacity for lots of people. Dishwasher needs an update but that is very minor in the overall rating of the property. We enjoyed our stay and Karen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back !!
