Enjoy this stylish, sunny and warm space. The Living Room and Kitchen are connected and the Lounge, Dining areas open onto a relaxing upstairs deck with a river view. The upstairs spaces consist of the Living/Dining, Kitchen, Main Bedroom with Ensuite and WIR. Downstairs is the Entry, Garage, 2 Bedrooms, Main Bathroom, Laundry and Study Nook. The Main Bed has a luxurious King Bed, Bed 2 and 3 both have Queen Beds. The Garage has internal access to the house with a remote access.
The property is located in a quiet suburb of Launceston and is only around a 6-8 minute drive to the Launceston CBD.
