The outdoor area was lovely, and we enjoyed cooking outside. The pool was big, but really outdated with sharp edges.
One of the three apartments was in a really bad condition and not suitable for renting out. It was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower filled with limescale. The toilet couldn’t flush and the toilet seat broke of. It was fixed by a neighbour.
The cabinets in the kitchens were filled with empty liquor bottles, old sunscreen etc.
The utensils in every kitchen was dirty, but they were very well equipped. In general there were a lot of old left overs in every cabinets.
We were very well pleased with the outdoor area.
We got a complaint from a neighbour for being to loud via the owner and told that next time the police would be involved. Would have been nice if they had come directly to us.

This property had everything you needed for a 2 week holiday. Big private pool with BBQ and Pizza oven for all your outdoor cooking. Which was very easy to produce a lovely meal. Local shops in the town had everything available from all types of fish from your local fishmonger. If you love walking then there are a number of walking guides around the island.

The outside area by the pool was excellent , lovely bar and BBQ area , shade all day at one end or the other at the pool , the 3 apartments were ideal for our family group , it’s a Great place

Perfect Outsider Pool area
Nice House close to Aegina Marina and nearby beaches. The House is set up in 3 Studios which are simple but equipped with all neccessacities. The Pool and outside area are simply fantastic and the Main reason we would come back.
