The Villa Sanctuary is a 1 bedroom studio styled holiday accommodation with a very comfy king bed which can be split into 2 single beds, and of course feather pillows, ensuring a great nights rest. The apartment has a studio feel to it, however, the bedroom area can be closed off via a wooden screen for complete privacy. It has a heat pump to keep you warm on those winter nights or cool during the hot Waiheke summer, along with a flat-screen TV with Free View. It is a modern, stylish, well appointed Villa, providing everything you need for that relaxing getaway. It is located in the middle of the complex; hence it is handy to the restaurant, bar and car park. It is also on the lower middle side, so easier access to the beach for younger and older feet alike. It has a 2 burner stove, microwave and fridge, for you to whip up that casual meal, or you could get your local fish and chips or burgers from down at the beach. Enjoy a bottle of Waiheke wine and local delicacies as you sit on the deck and gaze out across stunning Palm Beach and beyond. This Waiheke Island Apartment is only a peaceful 5-minute walk to the beach, and the bus stop is only 100 meters from the driveway, so all very handy. As one of New Zealand's premier wine growing districts, you can enjoy a day of wine tasting or, alternatively, sample some of Waiheke Island's famed gourmet cuisine. If you're feeling in the mood for some outdoor activities, then Palm Beach offers a great spot for sunbathing and safe swimming, or you could try your luck fishing! There is unallocated car parking in front of Villa Sanctuary. NOTE: Villa Sanctuary is a privately-owned Villa located within the same grounds as the Waiheke Island Resort and separately managed by us, however as guests you have access to all resort facilities. For Pool and Spa access, there is a one-off payment of NZD$25 per booking for the pool and spa access. The pass needs to be paid and picked up at the resort reception and returned on departure at the resort reception.More
