Extraordinary

Louise & Chris were perfect hosts, friendly and reliable. The view of the place is stunning. The apartment is spacy, bright, tastefully fitted, extremely good equipped for day-to-day running. All together: A feel good place! We enjoyed staying there.

Stunning views, fabulous location!

The ocean deck apartment has incredible views of the bay, we just loved watching the boats come and go. Princess Margaret and lower bay beaches are only a few minutes walk away, but some days we just stayed at the apartment and enjoyed the breeze...More

About the neighbourhood
Location, location, location! The lookout is in an enviable position, just minutes from the best beaches the Caribbean has to offer. Princess Margaret & Lower Bay beaches are just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Here you will find white sand, warm sea and a sprinkling of beach bar/restaurants. The main town of Port Elizabeth is a 20 minute walk or 5 mins by car. The views from The Lookout are simply stunning - across Admiralty Bay, down to the beaches & the surrounding pristine forest
Getting around
Bequia is just 7 square miles in size and The Lookout is centrally located which means leg power is a free & rewarding way to get from A to B. Transport options on Bequia are fun and generally inexpensive. The open-sided taxis offer a breezy and exhilarating ride and can be booked for short trips to the beach or a restaurant or why not book one for a personalised island tour. The dollar vans are equally fun & cost just $1EC…….but you have to share your ride with others. The bus will keep stopping and filling up with people and you may find someone sat on your lap by the end of the trip so it’s a great way to integrate and make new friends! Jeep hire costs around $50US per day and will give you freedom to roam the island at your leisure
