This is a great place to stay! I love the location in the winter. It’s very quiet and peaceful. It has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen for a rental. I would come back again!

Place was clean and cozy. Didnt quite sleep 6...the pullout couch was mostly nonfunctional (reqd air pump we couldnt find) we loved that it was dog friendly !

We looked to stay another night and it said it was available. My contact said it wasn’t available. Made absolutely no sense. We would have paid full price for one more night because my 75 yr old mom wasn’t feeling well. Other than that it was just fine.

Perfect sized condo for 2 families. We will be back again this year.

We booked the Ponderosa with our friends for a weeding we all were attending in New Meadows. The place is beautifully nestled in the forest on the golf course. It was cozy and very relaxing to retire to after our daily events.

I had to work in NM and needed a place for 10 days that was friendly for my older deaf dog. This Condo worked perfect for what I needed. Good Internet so I was able to work remote, Nicely stocked kitchen, very quiet, Gorgeous views....fit my needs perfectly.

I really enjoyed my relaxing stay at this fantastic condo. The condo had everything I needed and it was really a treat to have a fire. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There is a store just down the road in either direction if you need anything which was great.. The golf course wasn't quite open for business but I imagine it is a great course.
