TWO hot tubs that did not work and water very cloudy. Scum around the edges. Worn out furniture with actual tears, holes and rips. Odd smells, especially in carpeted areas which were stained in some areas. Lots of food stuff left by other parties and who is going to eat that?? Broken oven, front door handle, and bathroom toilet handle ( kept detaching the chain on the flapper). Decking stained by cooked foods near grill, dirty grill. Loose handrail on deck. The "fully stocked Puzzle and Game closet" had a couple of worn out games and puzzles with pieces missing. Dead tiny insects in window runners and some sills and dirty windows. Fan in master bedroom covered with heavy dust and all light fixtures dusty and dirty. Some great wood carvings and a large refrigerator/freezer. Too many weeds in the horseshoe pit to play there. My 72 year old brother tried to pick most out. Couldn't get them all. No landscaping worth mentioning. Mostly weeds. No chairs or benches around the firepit and signs to not take chairs from the deck. Dried out and wobbly wooden deck chairs. Nice wall pictures and some cute decor items. Every shower curtain stained at bottom with some kind of pink stuff. Towels, barely adequate. Skeeball table off balance, Son in law tried to adjust legs so you could slide a puck straight, some success. Sticky stairway handrail, in fact, a lot of things were kind of sticky to the touch. Very beautiful meadow in back of house but smokey from wildfires burning in nearby states. Wouldn't recommend coming during fire season. Nice invisible door screens on three doors which helped us air out the place. Not fresh. Sheets were clean but not so sure about most of the blankets. Throw pillows were disgusting and stinky in several places. Overall, NOT worth the money they charge. Would have potential with LOTS of indoor and outdoor maintenance and replacement of all the worn out or broken stuff.
