New ocean front estate with 180 degree views of St Martin to the south. Right on the water with a 38ft long pool with jacuzzi and pool shelf. There is a fully equipped pool house with fridge, ice maker and seating for 12. There is also a separate gazebo , perfect for a peaceful massage ora quiet drink overlooking the ocean. State of art kitchen with all appliances by Wolf or sub-zero. Alexa enables sonos sound system throughout the compound . There is outdoor dining as well as 4 outdoor showers. Fibre optic fast Wifi throughout the whole property. Absolute paradise
