Out of the office leads to cozy living room. During winter the fireplace will beckon to be lit as you and your guests curl up for a movie on the flat screen TV. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for your enjoyment. Past the living room is a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, wine storage, and an island. The island can seat 5 making the space ideal for entertaining while cooking. Alternatively, the formal dining table can seat 8. A hallway after the kitchen leads to a bathroom with shower. Across the hall is a fully laundry room with a washer and dryer - handy for any wet clothes after playing in the snow or a trip to Lake Cascade. The back corner of the main floor also holds a family den. This space has comfortable seating options gathered around a second flat screen TV and wood stove. Upstairs leads to an office and the bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a luxurious King-size bed, flat screen TV, has a private balcony, and an attached master bathroom. The spa-worthy master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, and dual sinks. The second and third bedrooms both hold Queen-size beds and have access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A breezeway allows guests to access the guest house. The guest house is arranged with an additional updated kitchen, living room, and the last 2 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is ideal for a family or for housing the kids as it has a Queen-size bed, 4 sets of Twin-size bunk beds, and a single Twin-size bed. The fifth bedroom also holds a Queen-size bed. These bedrooms have access to the final bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Plenty of time will be spent on the back deck and backyard of this home. A terrace offers shade on hot summer days while someone fires up the BBQ to grill dinner. A patio table and chairs are close by offering a space to dine alfresco. All guests will want a turn taking a dip in the private hot tub. The hot tub is a great place to unwind while gazing out at the mountains or pointing out stars in the night sky.
