We have a convenient on site lock box so arrival can be accommodated any time of day or night! There are some great restaurants and cafes on Whatley Crescent, about 1.5km walk (great walk home after a big meal!) and an interesting collection of specialty shops. Convenient location, only 15 minutes from the domestic airport and 6km east of the Perth Cbd. The nearest train station (meltham) is less than 1km and the bus stop is about 100 metres from your front door. Perth is known for its excellent public transport system. This apartment is located within a quiet residential complex of twenty-one. It is strictly non smoking - both inside and on the communal balconies. The flat is on the first floor on the Eastern side. The apartment has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room and standard fans in the bedrooms. It has oil heaters to provide warmth through Winter months. There is Wifi at the apartment. Free parking on the Belgrave street verge is available for our guests. Quadrangle car bays may be available. Please enquire. Everything you may need for a short or medium term stay is here! We provide a starter pack of consumables including toilet paper, soap, dish liquid and laundry powder, toilet paper, garbage bags, milk, juice, coffee, tea and sugar. There is a downstairs shared coin laundry for your use and plenty of drying lines on the sunny and sheltered eastern side of the complex. There is a large supermarket approximately 500 metres west of the complex and the closest movie house and enclosed major shopping centre is just under 5kms east of the complex. The Optus stadium is close too! Take a short bus ride from the stop 100metres from your door and you'll be at your event in no time!More
