Island tropical condos featuring pool, wireless internet access. Close to St. Simons Village and East Beach.
Bikes included: 2 Adult / 2 child.
Comfortable beds (1K,2Q,1Q sofa:sleeps 6-8), towels and furniture makes this the spot to be on the island!
The townhouse is a little older, but still a nice stay. Cleaning crew could be better. Forgot to start the dishwasher and food was left in the microwave from the previous renter. Plenty of towels and blankets. Was just what we needed for a short weekend stay.

Though the amenities were good, this condo is not equipped for older people.
The couple who stayed were in their 80s and this condo was not really equipped
for older people. There was a handrail on just a part of the stairs. There were no
grab bars in the tub/ shower. However, the location was good and the neighbors
were friendly and helpful.

Saint Simons
Nice condo close to beach. We were playing golf and shopping. Very close to the shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental.

The perfect balance
Location, facilities, amenities, price -- our stay was made awesome by picking Trey's Island Secret. If a budget-friendly, family-friendly condo with a beach theme and easy access to everything Saint Simons has to offer is important to you, you found the place. We will be back.

Nice place
Very nice condo. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen. Overall, nice, clean place. Convenient to the beach and a short bike ride to the village.

Great location
This was a perfect townhouse for our short stay! The location was great, rooms were comfortable and the townhouse was very clean!

Nice place
Pretty, beachy decor but didn't feel or look clean. Had a mildewy smell. Kitchen was very small and dirty. A fish odor greeted me when I opened the freezer. It was a last minute trip for us and we were grateful to have a place, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I checked with maid and guest before you went fishing and cleaned stored in freezer. I wish they would have left some for us!

Would not stay again!
Close to beach; comfortable beds; plenty of towels
Would not stay again because there were too many live roaches to count in the kitchen area. Pest control obviously is not where it needs to be! Very embarrassing!

A real beach house
My wife and I stayed for one week in the winter and we did walk the beach. The condo was decorated as a beach house and had all the amenities. An excellent place for a family, kids would love it. Bicycles are provided and St Simons Island is bicycle friendly with paved walks that are bicycle accessible, just be sure to alert the walkers when you approach "passing on your left" does it. It is an easy ride to the village and waterfront and the beach is only 700 yards away. When you aren't at the beach you can enjoy the common pool or just rest on your patio. The place was clean and neat when we arrived and a pleasant place to stay.

Okay Place, Good Location, Disappointing Service
The good:
1. Roomy bedrooms and living spaces - comfortably fit 5
2. Nice location - we walked to the beach
3. Cute decorations
The bad:
1. Only 1.5 baths instead of 2, which was not ideal for 5 ppl
2. Condo is older than appeared in the pictures
The ugly:
1. Two dead roaches on the floor when we arrived. We told the owner, but he did not offer any concessions. If I walked into a hotel room with dead bugs, that would not have been acceptable. I was disappointed with the service. I will note that we never saw any live bugs in the condo.

When we have monthly pest control - there will be a few victims - can't give away a nightly charge - sorry - not realistic!

Enjoy shopping and dining in St. Simons Village, crabbing at the Pier, walking on East Beach, biking to Red Fern Village, touring Bloody Marsh, Fort Frederica & Christ Church. Take a trolly tour, play miniature golf or the real deal on one of the island's public courses. Spend a day on Jekyll Island at the Water Park & tour the National Historic Landmark District. Sea Island, Cumberland Island, Darien, Brunswick and Savannah are also nearby!
