Our cabins are just minutes from Hiawassee center, 1 mile off the Southern Highroads Trail, makes for the perfect location to explore the N. Georgia and N. Carolina mountains. Close to the Appalachian Trail, many gorgeous waterfalls, Lake Chatuge with over 100 miles of shoreline, Brasstown Bald, local fine dining and shopping. You can see both Georgia and Carolina mountains from the property. It's located on a paved road that dead ends with easy turnaround space.
PETS:
Dogs under 40 lbs (maximum of two) are permitted in Dogwood Cabin. We charge a one-time fee of $75 + tax per dog, which is due on arrival. We do not permit other kinds of pets in our cabins. Azalea cabin, also listed, can accommodate larger sized dogs.

Beautiful, Quiet, Relaxing - the Perfect Place to get away from it all!
This was a great find....the location is close to boating, golf, hiking trails, etc. but still up in the mountains, very quiet. The cabins are close to Hiawassee and Helen if you want a good restaurant. We spent a weekend there and a day on the lake and it was fantastic. The room had new appliances, and Internet access. We were able to watch our favorite Netflix and HBO Max shows at night. Highly recommended for those who want to take some down time and get away from it all. Owners Scott and Iris were very attentive and made it a wonderful stay.

The perfect getaway
We will definitely be revisiting this place again, very clean very comfortable the ownership very hospitable just an all-around Perfect Getaway spot for some rest and relaxation

Perfect couples getaway cabin
This cabin has an amazing view; nothing but trees, mountains, and nature without other cabins or powerlines to distort the picturesque view. You'll never stay in a hotel room again.
The king size bed is a must have, the jacuzzi tub has all the hot tub wonders without having to step out into the cold weather, a fully stocked kitchen with the tools you will need to cook for yourself. The walk-in closet was available for those who need to hang clothes or put away your belongings. The shower had great water pressure and hot water.
The location made it easy to travel around - Helen was straight down the highway about 35 minutes, Blue Ridge the opposite direction about an hour. The hiking and exploring that we were able to do was an amazing experience.
The cell service was hard to get with my verizon phone, but the wifi made connecting to the outside world very easy. I suggest setting your maps before you leave the cabin, as you will lose service temporarily from the cabin until you reach town (about 10 minute drive).

Gift of peace
I booked this cabin for my fiancees birthday. Best gift ever. Pictures don't do it justice. It's sweet, quaint, peaceful, majestic!!!! It was everything. There are a few cabins in close proximity, but you forget that quickly. It's surrounded by trees, sitting high. Offering true outage and tranquility!
But fyi if you're traveling from the Atlanta area be mindful of the extremely winding roads. About 45 minutes will be spent bending curves up a mountain side at 25 mph. The route is beautiful. It will be plenty of pull off spots to view the scenery!!!!
