Living Area: Seasonal fireplace use is October 1 – March 31. The interior of this rental is beautiful, but the exterior is even better. Fade Away features expansive covered porches on the top two levels complete with ceiling fans, sturdy benches suspended from the roof, outdoor dining areas, and safety rails to keep everyone safe and happy. The fire pit and hot tub help keep guests warm even on chilly days and the backyard has plenty of room for everyone. For those who prefer to stay indoors and enjoy nature from afar, the game room, complete with pool, offers the perfect diversion. At Fade Away in Fightingtown, guests are mere minutes from shopping, dining, and other local attractions, including outdoor activities for the more adventurous. At the same time, it is far enough away to guarantee a quiet and peaceful stay. *Free fun included every day! To enhance the vacation experience, Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals include Xplorie! This offers guests one free admission or rental every day of their stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer!* ***Everything is CATCH & RELEASE. You can only use single barbless hooks, artificial flies, and lures.Live bait such as salmon eggs, sweet corn, etc is prohibited. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. This property offers a private hot tub. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
