We enjoyed 4 nights at Castaway Key. The condo is nicely decorated and has many amenities available including water views from the master and two balconies. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware. Coffee pot or keurig is available and it was nice they provided washing machine pods as well as dishwasher pods. The property has a community pool which was nice with plenty of chairs though unfortunately our weather was chilly and gray. We would recommended this property if you enjoy the Tavernier area of the Florida keys. The hosts were very responsive when we contacted them.

My daughter and I stayed at Castaway Keys last week. It was a wonderful location. Amazing views of ocean and conservation area in front of condo facing the ocean gave us many beautiful birds to watch. Pelicans, frigates, great white herons, ospreys and many more. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck watching the birds. Sunrises were beautiful. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, equipped with everything we needed. Owners were reachable and took care of a blind that wouldn’t work. Someone was there in 15 minutes and fixed it quickly. They checked on us during the week as well. We enjoyed the beach and pool, daily tropical drinks to enjoy. On our last day we saw and manatee and her baby in the boat marina. It was amazing. We had been looking for manatees all week and saw one right where we stayed. People were friendly and the staff took dood care of the property and gardens, even raking the seaweed by the beach every day. The location was near everything we wanted to do. Farmers market, grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away. We highly recommend this property if you want a quiet vacation with beautiful views of the ocean.
We recommend Snooks Restaurant and Lazy Days. Lots of fun and delicious food. The fish tacos at Snooks are delicious. Also recommend Key Largo Fisheries if you want to buy fresh fish right off the dock and cook it at the condo, or eat at their cafe outdoors.

It was a perfect place for a vacation. The condo itself had everything you needed. It was super clean and had wonderful views. The property was in a centralized area with a beautiful pool area that has hours between 8 am and 11 pm. The beach area was bigger than anticipated with ample lounge chairs. The views are hard to beat. Next Keys visit, I will be looking to stay here again.

My family and I recently had the most unforgettable vacation in the Keys, and it's all thanks to Jake and Michelle for providing us with the perfect VRBO accommodation. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing!
First and foremost, the condo was beautiful. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated and immaculate space that instantly felt like home. The amenities provided made our stay incredibly comfortable, and we lacked nothing during our time there. The views from the property were breathtaking and the location is close to amazing restaurants. Definitely try Mile Marker 88!
One of the highlights of our trip was the fact that we could dock our boat right at the property. Jake and Michelle were kind enough to provide us with all the necessary information and guidance to ensure smooth boat docking and hassle-free access to the water.
Honestly, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of Jake and Michelle. We can’t wait to return!
