Property checked all the boxes for us (pool, hot tub, ocean view, lounge chairs and sandy area, a small fishing area on site, close to several restaurants - stores, eat in options, safety monitored, reasonable price). Host was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would stay again.

What a wonderful family vacation spot! Great location! The condo was perfect for us! Pool was warm when the ocean wasn't :) But still fun to build sandcastles and sunbathe! Great food all around and good distance from everything along the Keys! Looking forward to more return trips in the future!!! Enjoy making your memories at OceanPoint!

The condo was terrific. We enjoyed the property and the pool. The location for traveling the upper keys was wonderful.
Unfortunately, there were no Key West excursions offered from the immediate vicinity, so we had to drive down which limited our time and enjoyment of Key West.
Our only negative at this resort, was related to the resort, NOT the VRBO offered condominium... for this resort's location in the Florida Keys, they have failed to provide adequate protection of the elevators from the effects of severe weather. We are 2 elderly, retired couples who were forced to wrestle our luggage down the stairs after a severe wind and rain storm knocked out the elevator for days.

The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed.
The swimming pool, tennis courts, and beach area were good.
The owner provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions which were appreciated.
The only minor complaint was that the balcony was very small.

The room was unclean specifically in the bathrooms. The gate in the balcony were unsafe for children. The space between the rails were big enough for an adult to fit their head through. The noise was loud due to some type of construction occurring all day on the floor above. Private beach area was dirty due to the the port for boats located directly adjacent to the sitting area.
Only good thing was the pool area with a bar and food truck location. Pool was very warm fun.

Came for a long weekend. Very clean, comfortable and modern with everything we needed. Pool right across from our building. Easy drive to attractions and restaurants. Owner very responsive and allowed early check-in.
