Since our reputation means everything to us, for all guests without prior or negative reviews-, booking last minute-, or close to max occupancy (more than 50% of max)-, often these type of guests are not sure what kind/size of home reserved or are often trying to pack in people. Therefore these are higher risk reservations for hosts and therefore we require a max capacity, occupancy, liability release waiver agreement signed waiving your right to make any negative claim/review on our home.

Average facility with some nice upgrades, but poor administration.
My review is colored by the fact that the grass was uncut (7 inches high) and the bushes were untrimmed giving the place an overgrown, abandoned look. Also, one of the showers didn't work, either scalding you or freezing you. Also, what's the point of staying at Saddlebrook when you can't use the golf course, or the swimming pool, or the tennis courts. Also, the brochures said you could walk across the golf course to the public pool, yet there was no access to the golf course as the back of the plot was completely over grown. One last thing; there were too many rules, pages of them. I know they want to keep the place nice, but the rulebook was onerous, and rude.

Excellent experienced and very entertaining. The property was accessible in
all restaurants. Fabulous Resort & Golf community only about 10 min from Busch Gardens & Adventure Island and 25 min north of the Convention Center, Florida Aquarium and less than 60 minutes to Disney World.

Epperson Lagoon: Only about 5 miles / 8 min by car to this tropical Lagoon open to public. Lagoon Hours 11-17 (bar stay open later on weekends). General Admission (prices/dates subject to change without notice) - Dec 21-April 15): ca $25 pp - other times ca $15 pp
