Rules: Have fun, relax at the pool, enjoy the restaurants nearby and visit the wonderful beaches of Florida. The main guest (cardholder) must be over than 25 years old and he/she will need to show a valid ID at check-in and the credit card used to pay for the reservation. No parties. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay. As a tenant, make sure that all the people who are traveling have travel insurance. The garage and some cabinets will be closed with our personal belongings

Very nice home

We rented this house for 11 days. It is well kept with a very nice kitchen set up if you like to cook. The owners were very responsive and left us bicycles and beach chairs. The location is on a small inter-coastal channel which is...More

About the neighbourhood
We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. It's a cul-de-sac street that you can go for a nice walk or biking (bikes available by request, no extra charge) and enjoy the weather on the sunshine state. A unique neighborhood away from the noise and traffic, surrounded by canals, nice landscape, but at the same time only 10 minutes from the beach of Pompano and 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale.
