This stylishly equipped two bedroom two bath condo at the Perdido Sun is on the east side of the complex, which means that both the master and guest bedrooms (and bathrooms) have a beach view. This spacious vacation home is on the 5th floor of the building offering a functional layout, custom kitchen and bathroom finishes, and all the conveniences needs for a great beach stay! The living room has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which open to the Gulf-front covered balcony which has been equipped with an outdoor table including seating for four. The kitchen is well-stocked has granite counters, a stainless double sink, updated appliances, breakfast nook and all appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six. The master suite has a plush king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with Gulf views! The master bath includes a large vanity with plenty of counter space and a separate washroom with a door for privacy. The second bedroom is larger than most guest bedrooms in other beachfront complexes and has queen bed over a queen bunk bed. One of the livingroom chairs can be converted into a twin sleeper for additional space, accommodating up to 6 including all adults and children if needed. The owner has even include yoga equipment for their guests to use during their stay, for some extra relaxation!
