We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this condo. Smaller kitchen/dining/bathroom area, but enough room for 2 people. Had an issue with the heater and coffee maker, but the management company quickly took care of both. Very clean and quiet with a wonderful oceanfront view. Looks as represented in photos. Would recommend.

Everything needed for our stay was included as stated. This rental is for those that spend most of their trip at the beach or out on the town. We wanted a place to stay that provided a place to sleep and have a few meals, this more than met this expectation. Laundry situation was smooth as there are several communal laundry stations. Rental provided plenty of room for our family of four. (2a/2k) Condition of rental was very nice. Again, everything stated in description of rental was present as expected. Definitely recommend staying here. Property is well maintained with very nice and helpful staff. There is also an underground parking area that we weren’t aware of.

So many good things to say about this unit. Balcony view, kitchen, seating, comfy beds, walk to pier park and other locations. Only downside, the wall air conditioning units worked great but made the unit a little moist/humid. Did not hinder our joy, just noticed it.

Love our hotel room! The view was perfect! However, my only two complaints are the elevators seemed a little sketchy, and the ac put off humidity that made everything feel stinky. Otherwise, everything was perfect! 10/10 would recommend!

This condo had everything we could have asked for and more! It was so beautiful and comfortable.
Very close to restaurants and shopping at Pier Park.
I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at PCB :)

Stay was great. Walking distance to most restaurants and attractions. Love that you have direct access to the beach. Only thing we had a problem with were kids running and knocking on people doors from 10:00p til 3:00a and again around 7:00a. I thought the condo had security but not sure if so he must of been sleep. But other than that great stay.

Loud busy traffic in front of building. Kids driving rental cars blasting music yelling. Constant backed up traffic like this from 3pm-1am. Room was clean and worked fine. Upset I was not notified that they would be redoing fire alarm as we had to leave the room. I was in the shower when the crew came. Never told by company. Very short on things like garbage bags, toilet paper, no salt…. Just seemed cheap. Fine for the price. Will be upgrading next time.
