The view from this condo is amazing! Host Susie made check in smooth with all information sent to us prior to arriving. Lovely decor,clean and comfortable. Extra added touches such as snacks, eggs and fruit shows the host cares. She even refunded us $40 because internet went down one day.
You can relax on the balcony with panoramic views or be active with beach walks, biking or hiking in nearby conservation park or St. Andrews state park. A short walk to Peir park shopping and restaurants. You can also enjoy reasonable happy hour in the Waves bar in the building. Enjoy this condo!

My wife and I had a lovely stay here at Susie’s condo in tidewater beach resort. The place was immaculate and spotless and had everything we needed and more. It was clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. The view was incredible, top floor with corner view of the pier as shown in the photos. Highly recommend!

Was a chilly week during Christmas, very windy on the beach which limited how much time we could walk around on the beach. Never fear! The views from the unit and ability to sit on the balcony with a warm jacket and enjoy the view, the smell of the ocean and the roar of the waves was awesome! Saw a family of 4 mantarays swimming circles right in our view for a few days and some other fish in the clear water.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. The condo is just as pictured and described. Susie was the best host we have had on Vrbo. It was very clean and comfortable with great views. In peak times the elevators can get very busy, so plan for a little extra wait time.

We were thoroughly impressed with the communication with the owner and the cleanliness and convenience of the condo. The only downfall was the elevators (be prepared to wait). Even with the elevators, I would recommend this unit to all of our friends and family!

The condo was simply beautiful! The view of the beach is incredible! Our favorite part of our beach getaway was the proximity to everything (beach, food, shopping, and fun)! We loved the snacks, extra supplies (laundry, dish, ect.) that Susie provides. She thinks of everything to make your stay easier! Thank you for taking care of every little detail, because we noticed! We hope to come again next year!

I can't thank you enough for keeping such an amazing place for our family to visit! The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need! From the fully stocked game cabinet to keep my children busy on rainy days to the utility closet filled to the brim with everything you could need to enjoy the day at the beach!
The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil we needed for our week long vacation. The beds were very comfortable, my husband slept better here than he does at home!
The views were amazing and just as photographed in the listing. The location of the condo was perfect for my family. We walked to pier park every evening!
We will definitely be returning! Thank you again!
