We had a very bad experience at this place. Major and very noisy renovation work prevented us from staying in the apartment between 8:00am and 4:30pm every days except the Sunday. We had to shout to be able to talk to each other. The pool was closed and we didn't have access to the balcony, which was why we chose this apartment.
We tried to contact the owner but she never answered us. Even Vrbo agents tried to contact the owner and she never returned calls. It was a vacation we had been waiting for for a long time and it was frustrating to have rented such an apartment. The owner should not rent the apartment under these conditions.
The attitude of the owner was very disappointing. We do not recommend this apartment due to the behavior of the owner.

Beautiful condo, the layout is wonderful. Dining table for six, which was good for game night. Very spacious balcony,which I personally love since that is where I spend most of my time. Communcation with owner was great!
Will definitely rent this condo again.

Location is right on the beach with plenty of indoor and outdoor swimming opportunities. Two families so was nice to have a bedroom and sets of bedrooms on opposite sides of the main living space. Our only problem was not being able to communicate with the condo manager. Called three times and left an email and got no response at all.

We’ve stayed at the Aqua 10-15 x’s over the last few years because we like how convenient the location is to Pier Park, Walmart and Target. We would recommend you staying in condo 1702 for several reasons. This condo is clean and well maintained, the owners are very responsive and the location is kinda of private. We liked that there’s not 2 or 3 other condos very close to this unit as is the case with many of the other condos. The beds were comfortable and clean, lots of extra pillows, baby bed in the closet, high chair(we didn’t use any of the baby things) but still this unit is well appointed, plus lots of beach chairs and plenty of chairs on the balcony. We would stay in this condo again anytime. Thanks again

Condo was decent. It wasn’t cleaned very well, bag of garbage in dresser drawer, shirts and other trash under the beds, and tubs weren’t cleaned very well. One master bedroom had windows that opened enough that our 4 year could fit through, we of course never showed him that they opened but it could have been very dangerous if you have curious children especially being on the 17th floor. The other master had an entry to the balcony that we could never get to lock even after getting instructions from the owner. Again we never showed the 4 year old the door and kept the curtain closed on it. None of the doors locked in the bedrooms or bathrooms. There were 7 adults and 1 child. We never felt like we were on top of each other like we have in previous spaces. Beds were nice. Condo was walking distance from pier park, shuckums, multiple souvenir shops, and a liquor store. We would stay again.

We were given the incorrect codes to access the parking garage. The bunk bed as pictured is not what is in the unit. It is a bed over bed but not in the "T" as pictured. The smoke detector was chirping in one bedroom. The refrigerator seal is compromised and sweats. We had to keep wiping out the water from the shelves as well as the exterior of the fridge. Closet door broken in one bedroom. Missing a remote to one of the tvs. Our concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner. We have stayed in Aqua before with no issue.
