Absolutely GORGEOUS ocean front views! Clean and very comfortable condo. Beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen with anything you would want to cook with. Great coffee maker and lots of counter space. Emerald Resort is safe and provides fast elevators and convenient parking. Host replied promptly to a phone message and was wonderful in providing restaurant suggestions. We will definitely try to visit again.

Communication with host was part my fault. I was getting info by email and should have been looking in the app for all the info. So that was a mess and slow process. The condo wasn't as clean as it should have been. Towel in washer and washer dirty. Socks behind door in small bathroom. Counter sticky. The worst was when we noticed the mold in the shower in the master bathroom up around top. Plus the thermostat would stay up. My wife has RA and it stayed cool and she had to stay bundled up to keep from being in pain. I'm sure they had it programmed to change. So not to good of a stay. I set pictures to host about some of the stuff but not the mold earlier and got a response on Tuesday night or Wednesday. Found the mold Wednesday night. Didn't send or talk to the host any after the 1st of the week. We were just over it by that point. This was the 1st time using VRBO and probably the last. Used VACASA and there was no issues at all and host was on top of any questions quickly and super nice. Wish VRBO and host the best but we're done with you.

The Condo was very clean and stocked really well. There were chairs and a wagon for the beach. Plenty of room for 7 adults to relax. Starbucks locatd just across the street and great restaurants within walking distance,
Couple of negatives not related to the rooming:
-Elevators were VERY slow and several were not working at all.
-Beach access from the building IS NOT handicapp accessible.

The condo is in a great location, right on the beach. The beach access was so nice and convenient. The condo has everything you need and then some. Can’t beat the views of the gulf! We saw sea turtles from the balcony almost every day!

We stayed for a week in early Nov. The condo itself is as advertised, plenty of space, the bunk beds were a nice touch. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool as well as the beach were beautiful and safe, we could see our 12 year old as she played on the beach. The ocean views are truly amazing!
My only complaint is the 2nd bedroom mattress seems to have a plastic protection on it or something... not the most comfortable.

This condo is perfect. It is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings & kitchenware and is in a great location. We relaxed well and slept better than we do at home. I'm so glad we came at this time of the year. We will definitely book again.

The condo was nice. Several elevators were broken down but most of the time didn’t have to wait too long. Manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I was disappointed in the water. Lots of algae and not as clear/pretty as I thought. Lots of traffic on main strip, things were expensive and food at restaurants wasn’t anything special for the price.
