Tidewater is a great place to vacation to. Our unit was outstanding! The room was really nice and clean. The view was spectacular. We will definitely be looking to book this unit in the future.

They want to charge you all of these hidden taxes ...
They want to charge you all of these hidden taxes or fees which are the same as taxes they want to charge you these outrageous cleaning fees. It's difficult to get the owner in the beginning to communicate with you. The ceiling fans were terribly dirty nobody touch those probably for a year top of the refrigerator top of the microwave was very dusty the chair Bars were stained pretty bad the stove light would not shut off it blind you when you sleep in the bedroom if you need the door open there was laundry towel in the washing machine that sour did smelt it took me awhile to figure that out house cleaning did that when I stay here again no would I recommend it no was the view nice yes that's about it the owner said he put a brand new couch in and it was uncomfortable bad and it wasn't very solid it sank after you said on it for a while I would have preferred recliners the bathroom sink needed to stop or fixed in it it's easy for one to lose jewelry down it

We loved our time during 4th of July week in this condo. We had everything we needed. The communication with the managers were very easy, and they were very accommodating. The balcony is huge and the view of the ocean is absolutely stunning! Just couple of things to keep in mind - there is not much room around the hotel currently for comfortable walking/running - the construction in the area is everywhere. And a big minus is the elevators situation during holidays like 4th of July - you can easily spend about 15-20 minutes while waiting for the elevator and getting to your floor. But overall, highly recommend this condo!

The property is very nice, great view, quiet despite having units. The elevators require patience and recommend checking in and out on weekday off times, Saturday check in was very busy! Beach was lovey and lots of amenities.
