Loved the location. Condo was clean and very nice! Super easy check in. Owner was wonderful with communication and very accommodating overall. Took my daughter and grandsons for a beach/Christmas holiday and we had a great time!

Property was wonderful, condo was beautiful and the view were breathtaking. The only complaint I would have is not with this VRBO but with the property itself. The property only has two elevators which becomes inconvenient due to the amount of rooms. Getting a luggage cart and being able to get a empty elevator was almost impossible. Other than the elevator situation, the property and condo was wonderful.

Check-in was smooth, good amenities at Splash, beach chair service was great, and condo was very clean. We used the primary bedroom and our teen on the hallway bunk bed. We felt we had plenty of room and all appliances worked well. Communication with property manager was good too. The primary closet is locked and not allowed for guest use which was an inconvenience since we travel with clothes on hangers. There was nowhere to hang up our clothes so we’ll know for next time.

Splash is a favorite place of ours and we have stayed in many rooms. This one by far was the cleanest and most well taken care of. The manager was quick with a call back and fixed our issue with the door code. Couldn’t have asked for better.

My husband, three children (4,9,10), and I stayed in early October for our fall break. The condo was perfect for our family. Our kids love staying at Splash. The included beach chairs was a great bonus! The unit was very clean and just as advertised. We did have one little issue with the fridge, and the property manager/owners were very quick to respond and get Splash maintenance up to the unit to get it fixed. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was great and clean. Washer and dryer went down the day before we checked in but property owners gave us some money back and a new set was delivered on the day we checked out. Would recommend this condo.
