Property was clean. Neighborhood is on a dead end street so very little traffic. Beds were comfortable. Could use more kitchen utensils (plates, glasses,etc)) but we didn't cook so it wasn't an issue for us.

Comfy and Close
Very comfortable for 8 adults and 4 children. Close access to Universal Studios-20 min away. Met our needs very well. No surprises. Met our expectations from the website.
