This spacious property has 2 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Bathroom 1 is located off the 4th bedroom and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower and a long vanity and mirror. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. Possible wear and tear might seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation. The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a Smart TV. Free parking is available on the property for 3 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than 3 vehicles. This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book. We provide free propane for the grill. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
