Great for Couples

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting family in fort Myers. This place has everything you need and is very clean. We will definitely try and stay here during our next visit.

Nice place to stay.

We had a nice time and attended many Twins spring training games. Place was well maintained and we enjoyed the deck at night.

Very clean peaceful place to stay

We had a enjoyable stay, Nick and Elena were very helpful. The studio was very clean and offered everything we needed. Location was great after a fun filled day to come back to peace and quiet.

Great efficiency nicely finsihed

A great place for a couple to stay as the efficiency was recently added on. It has a large bathroom and laundry room. It has everything you need when away from home.

Great location minutes away from down town Fort Myers with numerous shops and restaurants, Edison & Ford Estates, Shell Factory, etc. Please Google the property location to determine the drive time to the places you plan to visit. The propriety is perfect for bird-watching enthusiasts. Lovely Powell Creek Preserve is located just minutes away on Hard Road.
Getting around
The location is a huge plus. Our vacation rental is minutes from I-75, down town Fort Myers, Powell Creek Preserve and famous Shell Factory!
