Relax in one of the best developments in Naples and enjoy great tennis matches at Sanchez-Casal Academy. Hurry reserve this property now!! Access to Sanchez-Casal amenities (pool and social only) is extra. Still, the owner will give up to $250 in credit to tenants to use their facilities only if tenants stay in the property 30 days or more straight: coffee, beach chairs, and a cooler in the unit.

Lovely Condo in Naples
Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo, in a quiet community and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice unit and Very good owner
The unit was a promised. Javier was very considerate and helpful. Would recommend unit to anyone wishing to stay in Naples. Location is great. Close enough to downtown Naples and lots of stores very close. Easy access to many beaches.Might rent there again next year if available. Vince

Pictures don't do it justice ! Much nicer!
We were instantly impressed with this condo. MUCH nicer than what the pictures showed. The place was exceptionally clean and sharp looking. The owner met us there at an agreed upon time with the keys and a pleasant welcome. The location was great for us with easy access to I 75 as well as down town Naples. The traffic light at the exit made getting in and out a safe process. A Publix , Target and Wal-Mart are very close. There are also numerous nice places to eat near by.
