The family room has bank back sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. Once the doors open, you are welcomed to the world of outdoors. Long water views, patios and docks welcome you to the outside world. The lanai is decorated with Nautica brand furnishings and placed to create niche seating. Whether you want to be close to the outdoor kitchen and fireplace, have a quiet chat, catch a nap, or mingle with a group, the lanai is arranged to accommodate just that special request. A built-in grill, heated pool, and spa, outdoor shower, and bath make living outside just as comfortable as inside. Out the back door and onto the patio, you’ll experience a fire pit, 10 Adirondack chairs, colorful umbrellas, a boat and boat dock, and views of the water that can’t be beaten on Marco Island. Want to put a paddleboard in the water? Just lower the lift and place your chair, paddleboard, or jet ski in and you’re set for fun in the sun. Upstairs, a gallery walkway welcomes you to a large entertainment area with sectional sofas and comfortable seating. A second-floor balcony accessible from the entertainment area and one of the bedrooms, look out over the long water views and the lanai below. Two ensuite bedrooms feature king beds and one ensuite feature two queens. All bedrooms are spacious and have access to the entertainment area. This coastal home accommodates up to twelve people and has a double car garage with golf cart garage. Just 1 hour from RSW, 30 minutes from the Naples Airport, 5 minutes from the Marco Airport, and 5 minutes from the Marco Princess. This location is close to shopping, dining, entertainment, Naples, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, the Everglades, and Miami. Private Chef, Boat Captain, and Concierge Services are all available upon request. Home is new and in immaculate condition. Property Manager is available throughout the lease period.
