The condo is located within South Seas Club which offers the largest gated piece of land on the Marco Island Beachfront
From within The South Seas Club, one can enjoy a safe and clean environment. Take great scenic walks, dock a boat, short or long term, fish from docks or from beach, play tennis on clay or hardtop tennis courts,
swim in heated pools, enjoy the largest private beach on the island, swim in the clean, warm tropical waters, take daily beach walks or runs, collect tropical seashells and enjoy the warm sunshine :))
Getting around
If you enjoy walking you can get to many nearby restaurants and eateries for a variety of foods from breakfast restaurants to seafood, Italian, Bakery, bagel, ice cream, deli, takeout, fast food, French, supermarket, etc
Also not far are places of worship, pharmacies, banks, clothing shops, cleaners, and even hardware stores!
There is a local bus that makes frequent stops all over the island with a narrator that tells all about Marco Island and its history. It can easily be boarded just outside the gates to The South Seas Club, You can get on and off all day for a very reasonable cost.
Locally one can rent a bike or a small motorboat. Also available: a variety of
excursion boats to nearby shelling, canal cruises, and Key West trips!
