Located 1/2 mile to shopping centers. Our gated 1.7-acre property has a beautiful resort style pool, tiki hut & bar.
This Mother-In-law Apartment is newly renovated with large bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower. The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, countertop stove/oven, 4 burner flat top stove and large 2-sided sink. The pool with waterfall and Tiki Hut is visible from the master bedroom. The living room has a sofa with pull out bed. Sleep 1 or 2. There is a large ROKU TV in both living room and bedroom. We offer Streaming Apps, Cable, WI-FI, High speed internet, use of washer & dryer 2 days a week, Air Conditioning & Water.

Guest must be at least 18. Pool can be used during day. Pool deck is slippery when wet so a slip resistant bottom should be worn around pool deck. May accept some non-shedding friendly pets but must be approved first. Washer Dryer access 2 days. Parking for 1 car & insurance with liability needed & I.D. for guest. Guest should be staying due to travel for job, internship, or Wellington International. We should not be used as a resort primarily.

We are in an equestrian area where the average property size is 1.4 acres. We are 1/2 mile to stores, restaurants, shopping, grocery, gas stations & auto parts stores. This is an up-and-coming area with a lot of growth. We are 25 minutes to the beaches, 15 minutes to Lion Country Safari and 2.5 hours to Orlando Theme Parks.
Getting around
A car is a necessity for this area even though most of the time you can get an uber or Lyft you cannot always.
