Located near Orlando, this fabulous retreat is situated in a nature conservation area 2 miles from the southern boundary of the Walt Disney World property, with quick access to Universal Studios, Sea World, LegoLand, incredible golf courses, shopping and dining. Other Florida attractions within about an hour’s drive include Daytona Beach and the Atlantic Coast, Tampa and the Gulf Coast, and the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral. The villa is easily reached from Orlando International Airport by I-4 (Interstate Highway) and the Central Florida GreeneWay.
Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have all of the comforts of home, plus your own private pool, just 15 minutes away from the excitement of Disney World? You can drive from our driveway to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom (at the far north end of Disney World) along comfortable, uncongested highways (and only 2 traffic lights) in less than 15 minutes!

While right in the heart of all the action, this gem of a home is tucked away in a quiet, beautiful community, allowing you to experience a little bit of the ‘real’ Florida. When you need to escape the hustle of the theme parks and wind down and cool off, this quality Florida home provides the perfect retreat!
This fully air-conditioned villa comfortably sleeps eight people in FOUR bedrooms, each with their own closet. (We don't use a pull-out sofa bed in order to increase our guest capacity). The master bedroom (King Double Pillow-Top Mattress bed) with its own bathroom and walk-in closet is located on one side of the house, while three double bedrooms (2 Twins, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) and a full bath are located on the other side of the home, providing additional privacy.
An amazing, brand new fully-equipped Kitchen with full dining area overlooks the lounge area (living room) and pool area. (When we say 'fully-equipped' we don't mean to typical vacation home standards [many have just a couple of pots], we mean ready for you to prepare and enjoy full meals, including all of the dishware & cutlery you need, plus a full set of acrylics for use on the lanai!)
The lounge area opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) which overlooks our professionally maintained and private pool completely covered by a screened enclosure to keep out insects and debris. A separate entrance gives access to the pool area from the master bath. Jump out of the pool and right into the shower to warm up and rinse off!

Interaction with guests:Â One of the most valued attributes of a vacation rental is privacy. No one will be interacting with you in person during your stay unless you need or request it.
The owner is always available by phone, text and email and responds immediately, and our local management is available to assist if required.
Upon arrival in the area, you go directly to the villa and start your vacation immediately. No office visits or check-ins required.
What we liked best about the villa was decor of the house, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful pool and outdoor seating area. The home manual is the best we've ever seen. The privacy of the backyard conservation area was a real treat. We have stayed twice and enjoyed the property both times. We now think of it as our winter home away from home.

A home away from home, you won't want to leave.
This is a fantastic property! The pool is so private, it's very close to the parks, and if you love to cook you'll love the kitchen - the owners have stocked it with all of the gadgets that you could possibly need. We saved a lot of money by preparing our meals and bringing them in to the park rather than buying there. Rob was very attentive and thorough with his information about the property and knowledge of the area, and quick to respond to our questions. The games room was great for the kids and the neighbourhood felt safe and was quiet. We'll definitely be back!

Great time with everything we needed.
Home was exactly as described to us. Arrival information was great, getting in was easy, no office to visit or keys to hassle with. Trip was three generations and there was space for everyone. Loved the pool, couldn't keep the granddaughter out of it!
Great kitchen too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The booking process was easy and the Villa was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your spacious Villa. The proximity to attractions and local shops was ideal (and the maps with directions were greatly appreciated.) The pool was a great spot to spend the day when we weren't visiting any attractions and the living room was a comfy spot to spend a rainy afternoon. You were a very helpful in answering our questions. We can't wait to return.

Excellent, clean and quiet place and close to Disney.
We had a great stay at this rental. We stayed here with a family of 4 and it was quite spacious and relaxing. The area is secluded and quiet but close enough to Disney that we didn't feel like it was a drive.
Process for booking and checking in was very simple, organized and owners kept you information of needed information.
The kids enjoyed the heated pool as did we after a long day at Disney. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are down in the Disney area again.

Best family rental! Close to Disney!
I really enjoyed our stay in the villa and have already recommended your properties to some friends who in the near future will be heading your way. Living space was comfortable, distance to Disney was great, the game room was a hit with our kids, we loved the pool and the Kitchen had everything we needed! I was nervous about renting a home at first but Robert is truly available and quick to fix things if anything happens and because of this I will definitely rent from him again. My family felt safe in the neighborhood and the distance to Disney is perfect!

Home away from Home !
Our trip to Orlando and staying at Pleasant Oak Villa was a very positive one. The home was well cleaned and furnished with all of the supplies, bedding, towels, etc. that we needed. We liked that it was secured with an alarm system that was easy to use, and also liked the quiet neighborhood! Television and appliances all worked well. We have stayed at both of Robert's properties and found the homes well maintained, in very good locations with quiet neighborhoods. We wouldn't hesitate to re-visit the area and stay in the homes.

Thousand Oaks is a unique residential community, tucked away off the beaten path, yet right in the middle of the most visited vacation wonderland in the world! It is regarded as one of the most peaceful and secluded developments in the entire area.
Thousand Oaks is a beautiful woodland Nature Conservation Area, allowing you to experience a taste of natural Florida. This exclusive area is appropriately named because of the multitude of old majestic pine and oak trees that grow in the area. The area has a number of natural ponds and a 40-acre deep water lake teeming with fish that attracts the occasional angler.
This is one of the most desirable, quiet and enjoyable communities in the Orlando area, separated from Disney’s own conservation area by the Reunion golf resort.
Expect to see raccoons, opossums and armadillos, many birds (including sandhill cranes, wild turkeys and vultures) and even an occasional alligator in the nearby 40-acre lake.
There are lots of restaurants and services all within five minutes drive!

It takes just five minutes to reach it from I-4, the major highway through the area.
