The property is located about 1.5 miles to Disneyworld. Rates Subject to change Standard Rates Subject to change and do NOT include Holidays/Special Events 5 night Minimum stays are required for Holidays/Special Events. Terms and Conditions: Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A minimum down payment of $250 is due at time of Reservation. Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. In addition a minimum (refundable) Damage/Cleaning deposit of $250 is also required with your Full payment. Rates include a standard Cleaning fee, any additional cleaning costs incurred will be charged to the guest (i.e. soiled dishes, additional trash, etc.) Rates do NOT include Holidays/Special Events. Cancellation or Changes to Reservation Policy: Full Refund if cancellation/change is received 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If request is received within 30 days, A full Refund (less $50 admin fees), will be returned if Unit can be re-booked for at least the same rate as the canceled/changed dates. Rules: You are agreeing to rent the unit from the Owner, and not the Resort. You will not be able to contact Housekeeping or the Front Desk for additional services. The Suite will be cleaned and prepared with clean linen, towels, etc (there is no daily housekeeping service).
