Let me start by saying that I would have given cleanliness 5 stars but there were things not wiped down like the banister. Small, but significant to me. The house was beautiful!!! It was exactly as shown. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and much bigger than we thought they would be. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was marvelous!!! Working with Jose and his team from Deconova was a breeze. They responded right away with any of my questions or concerns. The water park...oh the water park, it was just spectacular!!! The lazy river was great and the kids loved the slides. They have a full bar with delicious cocktails. Tracy the bartender was wonderful!!! Everything was absolutely perfect for our Moms and daughters getaway. We are definitely booking with Jose next year!!! It was so worth it!!!
