There is a secure pool safety net to protect your little ones. This home also features something very unique in this community. It is located at the end of the cul de sac and has a large extended side yard with no rear or side neighbors. An extended south facing sun deck allows you to bask in the Florida sunshine all day long! There is an additional patio dining area on the side yard as well, with a BBQ grill.
Tons of amenities in this home will have you never wanting to leave! There is a Professional Style Home Theater with 110-inch projector screen, with Roku device for streaming. Seating for your whole family in luxury leather recliners, plus additional comfy bean bags. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. The open loft has a computer station with printer, and another large screen TV.
*Free WiFi is included, as well as parking, phone, cable, A/C, fans in every room, and lots of toys for the kids! We also supply our guests with portable cribs, strollers, and high chair.
The Location of the Villa is close to many dining options as well as shopping and conveniences.

Bonnie's home was a great place to stay while exploring Disneyworld and Universal. She was great to communicate with and made everything very easy. The home is large, and has plenty of room for everybody. The pool was fantastic, and there were even pool toys and such for the kids. Lots of fun times in the Home Cinema, and she has a large DVD collection to choose from. Will definitely be back next year!
