This outstanding townhouse which is just 8 years old. Sound proofed and hurraicane proof windows. Not only is this one of the most unique resorts, this benefits from a walkway directly to the car park, and enjoys being semi detached (just a handful are) so you get to enjoy the additional natural light.
You enjoy a full kitchen so rare in any resort, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates, fridge, freezer, glasses, you only need to bring the food! It also has its own washer/dryer and half bathroom on the 2nd level.
The living room consists on a sofa bed, stunning balcony, overlooking the pool, the upper levels consist of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, tv in each room, ample closet space and an oasis where you can rest peacefully and what’s more you don’t even need to dream of paradise. As you just found it!
You get to use the amazing pool but we respectfully remind guests that as you are not paying the $35 a day resort fee you do not have access to the front desk or daily cleaning (although we can provide this as an optional daily extra), you also do not have access to the gym. We are always a text away providing a unique personalized experience.
Parking is only offered to guests that book direct via Santa Maria Resort at an addtional charge of $10 a night. There is free street parking directly on South Street.
We had a group of 5 that stayed here for five days. We had an absolute blast. The property is very clean with modern updates and easily accessible from the parking lot or from the lobby. The unit is actually in the Santa Maria Suites complex but not part of the management company that runs the rest of the units so there are restrictions on some of the amenities. You have full use of the pool but No housekeeping, restaurant, gym or bar service. Treat this like a normal house rental and enjoy yourself, you’re in Key West. You get a parking pass so we rented a 6 seat golf cart for 2 days to get around which is highly recommended to see the island. The owner is very easy to work with and accessible through Trip Advisor. The kitchen has granite countertops, drawer style Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, a Keurig and standard coffee pot as well as a few other small appliances. We were rarely at the unit to eat meals but everything was in working order. The only con was that the washing machine was broken but we were told about it, it was still functional but sounded like a bearing needed to be replaced and I’m sure will be taken care of. Highly recommended property if you’re looking for a clean, modern place to stay for a few days in Key West and would book it again for a future visit.

Unfortunately we were not able to get an engineer out to fix the washing machine during your stay but happy to report that it’s fully functioning. I hope this didn’t deter from an otherwise great trip!
