2 Bedroom/ 2 bath waterfront home with 60' private dock. Large fenced yard with barbecue and eating area downstairs. Screen porch upstairs with Florida room off bedrooms. Easy access to Gulf and Ocean. Deep, wide canal right off of Sunset Cove. Manatees visit all year round. Swim in the canal off the dock or take a short ride to the bay. Two single kayaks, one double kayak and bikes. Key largo is known for great fishing, snorkeling, diving, and all water sports. 5 miles to the John Pennekamp State Park and 45 mins to Miami and about an hour to the Miami International Airport.
