Great apartment next to beach
Everything was great with the apartment, Mr Blanco was on top of every detail. We felt like home, already looking forward to coming back next year!

Nice and clean!
Beautiful and sparkling clean place! Everything works well. Comfortable beds and lots of soft white towels. Quiet & friendly place. Owner extremely responsive. Will definitely recommend and book again!

Muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado en Key Biscayne
El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene una ubicación excepcional dentro de Cayo Vizcaíno. El Sr. Blanco fue muy atento y el apartamento estaba a la altura de las expectativas y lo acordado. Tamaño adecuado para 4 personas. La piscina de la urbanización es pequeña pero la playa está a 2 minutos andando y a 15 (a pie por la playa) de la preciosa Crandon Beach. Al final de la calle hay un supermercado y con coche estás a solo 15 minutos de Miami, lo que la convierte en la ubicación perfecta para quien alquile o tenga coche y busque combinar turismo de ciudad con playa. Nosotros fuimos en navidades, y el precio fue bastante alto, pero lo cierto es que estaba en línea con el coste de otros alojamientos que estuvimos viendo por la zona. Lo recomendamos y volveríamos sin duda.

comfortable, convenient, quiet,
Mr. Blanco is a concerned and responsive owner. He met us at the apartment when I arrived, and had brought us fruit, crackers, cold drinks as a gift to welcome us. The apartment is comfortable, and pleasant, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beach is a very short walk from the apartment. I did not rent a car, and was able to walk all over the village to market, for good restaurants, etc. The area is clean and well maintained, the building is kept very clean all the time, and the pool is very nice and well maintained. I will go back again.

perfect for family fun

Wonderful apartment, great location, helpful and friendly owner!
Perfect for our family getaway. Close to Miami and attractions, but away from it all. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of great restaurants in the village with very friendly service. We look forward to staying here again.

Exceeded our expectations
This charming, well-equipped condo was a very short walk from a beautiful beach with crystal clear water beautiful shades of blues and greens. The pool is very well maintained and the tiles are washed down every morning it seemed to me.
There are ceiling fans in every room which bring in the soft island breezes and no bugs day or night. The Sea aquarium which we liked even more than Sea World in San Diego was fabulous and fifteen minutes away. Restaurants and food shopping also super convenient as well as the Bill Baggs State Beach with great beaches and a lighthouse.
Our gracious host or the previous tenants greeted us with coffee, pastries, fresh fruit and cookies. Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable.

This island getaway is what we look forward to every year.
We have been vacationing in Key Biscayne and staying in this unit for a few years. When we arrive, the unit is spotless and there is welcoming basket of fruit and wine. Having the washer/dryer in the unit is a bonus and the open floor plan works great. The beach is across the street and shops, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The unit is well stocked with linens and cookware so while we are here we want for nothing but sunshine.
