Spinnakers Vacation Cottages, Captain's Quarters is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, close to everything but with a feeling of being tucked away! This lovely vacation rental is located in Holmes Beach and is just 250 steps to the beach!

Spinnakers is made up of four cottage-style rentals. Captain's Quarters is a three bedroom, two bath home with a private fenced-in yard. There is a shared saltwater pool to enjoy, with all four cottages having access to the pool!

With a king, queen, and two sets of twin bunk beds there is plenty of room for the family to stretch out and relax when not at one of the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches. “Good location on AMI”

We found the rental home on FlipKey.com and it worked out very well. The house is on the main road on Anna Maria Island. The directions say to use find a key, but it simply has digital locks. The house is very nice and comfortable. Large open living area and kitchen. The only draw back is a very small second bathroom which is shared by 2 bedrooms and ultimately the most users. There was good closet space in the master bed room and a large bathroom. The pool is small, but nice. The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes or less. They have plenty of beach chairs available and a wagon to carry your cooler. We would consider staying here again.

Stayed for Thanksgiving nice place has everything you need and great location. Love the pool area too.
