Tile floor throughout All bedrooms & living rooms have 60” TV’s which have TV service with DirecTV Now with 50+ channels & Netflix / YouTube through a Roku box. Location is central to Hollywood beach and Hollywood Boardwalk (7 min drive), and also to downtown Hollywood with shops and restaurants (5 min drive), 3.3 miles / 9 min from Fort Lauderdale airport. Close to Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino (11min drive), and only 12min from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The home is in a mixed use residential and commercial area. It is on a main busy roadway, the area is up and coming, so there is a mix of residential and businesses, this is not a touristic neighborhood.
