This house has good bones but needs work. The twin bed mattress' have sticks and other things sticking out of them, they cave in when you sleep on them. The bedroom with the double bed is just as bad when it comes to the mattress. The double bed room also have a very dirty chair in it and the table rolls and will break and could cause harm. The kitchen sinks was leaking underneath. The carpet was dirty. The patio furniture down by the dock is getting very rusty and is very old. There are no GFI plugs in the bathrooms or kitchen. It states it will sleep 8 but you do not have enough sitting in the kitchen. The kitchen has seating for 5 that it is and there in no table large table by the pool to eat all. We had to purchase, pot holders kitchen hand towels , washing cloth for kitchen and a better broom for the house. The best parts are the pool and it is quiet around there.

We have rented several places in Fort Myers Beach and all of them have been three times better than this...
