The kitchen is appointed with all the cook and dish ware, along with cutlery, you will need to prepare your own special meals. There is also a gas grill outside for your use. Sharing the great room is the dining room with seating for 6. A breakfast bar provides seating for additional guests. The living room boasts a large flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating to relax after a fun day at the beach. Seahabilitate offers high-speed WiFi for your use. This home offers 3 bedrooms; a King bed master ensuite with a gorgeaus airy shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin pull out trundle bed. Seahabilitate's second bath sits between the other two bedrooms, with full bath/shower. Back down the stairs, you can enjoy your own private heated pool with another outdoor dining area. The pool area includes lots of lounge chairs for soaking up some rays. When you decide to venture across the street to the beach, you will find beach wagons, new chairs, coolers, tent awnings, and beach and pool toys for your use. There is also an additional refrigerator located in the pool storage room. Seahabilitate has a washer and dryer and 5-star hotel linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. You simply can't find a more ideal home and location to enjoy all of Fort Myers Beach and Margaritaville! Make Seahabilitate your vacation retreat! We have tried to provide everything you need to unwind, relax and Seahabilitate! While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating. There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature. You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver's license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties.
