The window-lined living room is furnished with a brand new loveseat and a couch in a seashell beige color. A sleek leather armchair and ottoman offer additional seating for movie nights on the 56” flat screen TV. Cool tile floors run throughout the main space and first bedroom. The sunlit kitchen beckons with a clean white aesthetic and ample workspace. Serve summery meals at the dining table, where four can sit comfortably. Of note are the blades on the ceiling fan, which were inspired by fish fins. The main bathroom has a shower with a pretty shell-patterned curtain, and the master bedroom next door has a king-size bed with teal linens and red throw pillows, plus a 30” wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the screened back porch.
