Our condo has great location.Very close to Bell Tower Shops and everything you might need. Only twenty minute drive to beach!! Our condo features two bedroom two bath ,including loft on second floor. Our kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances. Two flat screen tvs - one in living room and one in upstairs loft . Also internet .we have brand new screened in patio with glass dining table and beach chairs. The shared heated pool is only two minute walk!! Please note. Our pool was out of commission since January 15-2018. The pool has now been fixed and is open. Sorry for inconvenience!! As of February 7 it was reopened !! Also note. My house has electricity. Applicants have to be approved by association which would not take long too long to do. , again sorry for any inconvenience as I know it is peak season in Fort Myers and Spring training starts real soon!, Just an update. All is fine at tranquility paradise. Update as of May. My property is re available for next high season. January , February March 2019. Also it has to be three month rental. Off season is still available for discounted rate. But also has to be three month rental. Update as if March 1, 2019. We are now accepting bookings for next season. I currently do have a rental this season. Until end of March 2019. Next January , February, March of 2020 is open. Please note once again according to my HOA. I can only book for three month period. My condo is great location and waiting for review which I will publish. Thank you. April owner Tranquility Paradise

About the neighbourhood
Our condo is located right off of Cypress Lake Drive. Very quiet and peaceful one minute walk to shared, heated, pool. Parking by pool also very close to small lake with ducks, fish etc with benches to watch beautiful sunset!!
Getting around
Very easy to get around, close to all shopping, restaurants especially cypress lake square,university grill, bell tower shops and restaurants , movie theater, Walmart publix target Etc only minutes away, beach twenty minute drive , airport less than thirty minutes , Barbara b Mann center ten minutes away !!
