Sea Grape Cottage takes its name from the native plants that surround its private courtyard. As you enter through the garden courtyard, you’ll find a cozy retreat outfitted to meet your holiday needs. The cottage has one bedroom (queen size bed), living room, bath, and a fully appointed kitchen. Open beamed wood ceilings and terrazzo floors highlight a tropical feel that harks back to old Florida vacationing. Beach nostalgia is complemented by modern amenities that include flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi throughout, dishwasher in the kitchen, and designated parking. Also, Sea Grape has its own private out door shower next to the bedroom door. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels. About the neighbourhood
Sea Grape at Casas de la Playa Central Is one of five units in this downtown village. This unit is one short block to the beach, and in the heart of this lovely beach community. We are one and a half blocks from the Flagler Beach Pier and within walking distances of most restaurants, bars, stores, the Laundromat, and the post office. There is parking for each unit. The Produce Market is active at the central plaza on Fridays and Saturdays, and only one block away. This is a place to enjoy the sounds and sights of the town, and to relax and enjoy the beach. Bring your bicycles and bike around town, take a walk to the Intracostal Waterway; or fish from the Pier. You can also stay home and enjoy the Smart TV with access to WIFI.
Getting around
If you want a relaxing vacation experience, park your vehicle when you arrive, and leave it there until time of departure. Walk to the beach, restaurants, the Flagler Beach Pier, the museum, shops, churches or the IntraCostal Waterway. Certainly, if you plan to visit Orlando, Disney, St. Augustine, or Daytona you will need to use your vehicle.
