Las Palmas gives you a new perspective on Flagler Beach. This second floor cottage catches the breezes that blow across the island, as well as the local music that drifts in from Finn’s on the weekend. The cottage has one bedroom (full size bed), living room, bath, dinning porch with banquette, and a fully equipped open kitchen. When you find time to catch up with the outside world, there are flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Las Palmas has full use of the Casas de la Playa Village compound, including outdoor shower, designated parking space and patio at the base of the stairs. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels. It feels like home

Las palmas cottage is like home! So comfy the location is near everything. We parked the car walked all week, to the beach,farmers market, shops,restaurants,and bars. The cottage is so Florida bright colors, the art, flowers & palm trees . This is my 2nd year...More

Fun in the sun 🌞🌴😎

The stay was wonderful! Las palmas was very comfy perfect location! We arrived parked walked everywhere, the cottage is convienent to beach , shopping, restaurants, bars all things FUN!! I would definitely go back !!

Perfect cottage walking distance to everything in town

About the neighbourhood
Flagler Beach is a quaint beach town, so far untouched by franchises and fast food restaurants. It maintains the old Florida charm, unhurried, friendly, and safe. This upstairs apartment gives you the best of both worlds: a few walking steps to the beach, and a few walking steps to bars, restaurants, live entertainment, and a produce market at the central plaza. Surfing is a major pastime in this area of the beach, as well as sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Orlando is an hour and a half away, while Daytona is 20 minutes, and St. Augustine is a 45 minutes drive. There are parks, tennis courts, and golf courses within short distances. The Intracoastal Waterway and marinas are close by. The apartment has off the street parking for one vehicle.
Getting around
If you want a relaxing vacation experience, park your vehicle when you arrive, and leave it there until time of departure. Walk to the beach, restaurants, the Flagler Beach Pier, the museum, shops, churches or the IntraCostal Waterway. Certainly, if you plan to visit Orlando, Disney, St. Augustine, or Daytona you will need to use your vehicle.
